Questions we hear often

Is pricing per employee or per device?
Per employee. If one person has a MacBook, an iPhone and a badge, it stays €1/month. The Internal Requests module is a flat rate (€100/month regardless of headcount).
Are there volume discounts?
Not by default - a simple, transparent price for everyone. For very large headcounts (above 1,000 employees) we look at each case individually.
How do you count employees?
We count active employees with assigned equipment, synced from your HRIS or created manually. Permanent, fixed-term, apprentices, interns: anyone with a workstation.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum commitment by default, but a 2-month notice period max, in line with the Data Act.
Can I turn modules on and off mid-year?
Yes. Turn a module on when you need it, off if usage doesn't follow. Billing adjusts the following month.
Are integrations paid?
No. All native integrations are included at no extra cost. Missing an integration? We'll build it - always free for you.
Is SSO included or a paid add-on?
Included. Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta - no "SSO tax" like vendors who lock authentication behind Enterprise plans. It's standard, not an add-on.
Is support included?
Yes, on every module and for every user. Replies within hours by chat or email, Monday to Friday. A dedicated Customer Success Manager is reachable directly, not through an impersonal ticket queue.
Where is my data hosted?
In France, with a host that meets European requirements. GDPR-compliant by design, full action logging, exports possible at any time. Same on every module.
